What to expect during your session with Holly

I am always so excited to meet new families, couples, kiddos, and graduates. Please be your goofy, silly, or nerdy self, and let's enjoy our surroundings. In your intake questions you will be asked what kind of photos you are envisioning for your gallery package. My style is Lifestyle, which involves artistically capturing you and whoever is involved in your session, during casual activities. If we are at the water, enjoy yourself! Climb on the rocks, or stroll around the edge of the grass and enjoy the view. Kiss your love, smell the roses! If it's a snowy shoot in the cold, show me your cold red nose! Throw some snow around, whatever comes to your mind, as long as you're not staring awkwardly at me with a dull look on your face asking me what to do, chances are it will photograph well! (Laugh with me! ) Nervous? During your intake questions, be totally honest, so that I am in the KNOW about how to

make you smile. I am a goofy, and clumsy human,

just like you. We are all

imperfect and thats the point!

What to expect during your Animal Photography session with Holly

I am a born and raised farm girl, if there's something I the beauty of, it's animals. From dogs, to horses, to goats and cattle. I LOVE animals. If you hire me for a session with your animals, you will see me crawl around and get dirty to get the best angles, and best faces of your animals for my camera to capture. Tell me all the goofy things your animals love, show me the tricks you've taught them. I can't wait to work with them, and you!

 

Professional USage/Journalistic Photography

What to expect for your professional usage session with Holly


These kinds of sessions are typically very straight forward. Clients ask for headshots, promotional imagery of their business in motion, product photography, or Real estate images of a property, or multiple properties, for advertisement purposes. Air B&B's also fall into the real estate category.

Real Estate shoots can be done without the owner, or property manager present. Typically I'm given keys, left in a lock box, or under a mat/key rock, and occasionally the property is left unlocked if the person in charge so chooses. I have had clients meet me at the property and do a walk through. I definitely want all the necessary info on what's most precious in the home/property, so that the photos I take can accentuate those items, rooms or lighting situations. Being present definitely gives the client the opportunity to show these things to me. If being present isn't ideal, or not possible, a detailed list of important things to capture is something the client can include in their intake information.


For product images, typically the client will have several examples of the environment for their products that they want photographed. Depending on the space the client has to work with, I can either set up a studio space at the production location and photograph the products there. This depends on product size of course, this typically applies to small handheld products, not clothing. I have had clients ask me to take the product images with specifics for the environment they wanted for the images, rocks, ocean, aquatic environment etc. The client can meet me at the location with the products, and I can shoot at the desired location, and preferably with the client's input. I can also pick up the products, and take them to my home where I can easily set up a studio setting for immaculate lighting and a controlled environment. I can also use my beautiful/handsome models, and photograph your products being used/worn/implemented in a variety of ways. This is typically done for clothing or jewlery (This kind of shoot requires a specific request and will cost a bit more than the others described here. You will find a place to give me all of this info during the intake process.)
